Although the day was damp, our spirits soared as Team Building Blocks raised over $3000 for Walk Now for Autism Speaks. Many staff and families weathered the weather to show their support. Senator Chuck Schumer cut the ribbon and the walkers were off. Building Blocks also participated in the Resource Tent providing information on programs and services (and providing some “fuel” for the walkers). Many thanks to all who supported our team and helped to raise money for this great cause!
